Cancellation/Refund Policy
If participant cancels*:
• More than 14 days prior to the first day of class, tuition will be refunded in full.
• Less than 14 days’ notice prior to the first day of class, tuition becomes transferable to other classes. All transferred deposits must be applied to another class within a year.
• A $50 administrative fee will be deducted for all transferred deposits.
Procedure Policies:
• All workshop spaces are on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration and tuition/deposit payment must be received to secure your spot.
• Full workshop tuition balances must be paid 7 business days prior to the beginning of the class.
• If a workshop is cancelled due to low enrollments or changes a class format/dates/times all tuition paid will be refunded or may be credited toward a future workshop.
