A bodywork session is based upon Osteopathic principles and practices.
I design a session that is a personalized health and balance treatment based on traditional osteopathic philosophies and techniques. I embrace the osteopathic philosophy that the body has a natural ability to self-regulate and heal itself. To empower this ability, the body must have an unrestricted circulation of fluids including the blood, lymph, and digestive juices. The focus of my therapy is the identification and treatment of physical and/or emotional obstructions that impede the circulation of fluids.

I no longer require masks in the office. If this makes you feel uncomfortable, please inform me and I will try to accommodate where needed. I continue to follow strict sanitary procedures within the office and ask that you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your appointment.
